Return & Refund Policy
At Garnus, we want you to shop with confidence. While every product is crafted and packed with care, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Our policies are designed to ensure a fair and hassle‑free experience for our valued customers.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product delivered (doesn’t match description or order).
- Quality/manufacturing defect detected in the product.
- Product received damaged during delivery (proof of damage must be shared within 24 hours of receipt).
Non-returnable & non-exchangeable items:
- Customized, personalized, or engraved products.
- Sale/discounted items.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- To request a return or exchange, please reach out to us at care@garnusindia.com or call/WhatsApp +91 8937989772.
- Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged (where available). For unserviceable pin codes, customers may need to ship the product back.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all documents.
- Exchange: If the requested replacement is in stock, we will ship it after collecting the return. If out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
3. Refund Policy
- After inspection and approval of a returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund methods:
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited back to the original payment method/bank account (may take an additional 7–10 days to reflect depending on your bank).
- COD orders: Refund issued via bank transfer/UPI.
Important notes:
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Store credit may be offered in some cases, valid for 3 months.
- For returns due to customer’s choice, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. For returns due to our error (wrong or defective product), Garnus will cover the return shipping cost
4. Lifetime Guarantee – Termite & Wood Borer Protection
All Garnus wooden furniture and décor products are covered with a lifetime guarantee against termite and wood borer attack.
If your product is ever affected, Garnus will:
- Provide free treatment/repair, or
- If beyond repair, offer a free replacement of the affected product (subject to availability).
Original proof of purchase (invoice) must be retained to claim this warranty.
This warranty does not cover: general wear and tear, damages due to mishandling, moisture, accidents, alterations, or exposure to extreme conditions.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once processing/shipping begins, cancellation will not be possible. You may instead request a return/exchange after delivery.
- Customized/personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
