Payment Policy

Welcome to Garnus India. This payment policy outlines the payment methods we accept, the timings, security, and important conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment options:

  • Razorpay (Online Payment): Pay online via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallet, etc.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the delivery partner when your order is delivered.

2. Razorpay / Online Payment Terms

  • When you choose Razorpay, you will be redirected to the secure Razorpay payment gateway to complete the transaction.
  • All online transactions are encrypted and processed via secure protocols; your payment information is not stored on our servers.
  • Payment success must be confirmed before your order is accepted and processed.
  • In case of payment failure or timeout, the order will not be fulfilled unless a successful retry is made.
  • If you cancel an order after payment, refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is a convenience for customers who prefer to pay upon delivery.
  • A nominal COD fee may be added (this will be displayed during checkout)
  • The delivery executive will accept only exact cash. Please prepare the amount accordingly.
  • If you refuse to accept delivery or do not pay upon delivery, the order may be cancelled as per our cancellation policy.

4. Order Processing & Payment Timing

  • For online payments (Razorpay): Once payment is successful, your order is confirmed, and we will begin processing as per our shipping policy.
  • For COD orders: Your order is accepted once placed (subject to verification). Any delay in verification will be communicated via email or message.

5. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

  • Refunds for cancelled orders or returned goods will be processed per our Refund & Return Policy.
  • For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be credited back to the original payment mode.
  • In case of disputes or unauthorised transactions, please contact us immediately at care@garnusindia.com with your order number.

6. Payment Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All online payments are routed via Razorpay's secure and PCI-compliant infrastructure.
  • We do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
  • In certain cases, we may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud.
  • Garnus reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent transaction and refund accordingly.

7. Failed Payments, Partial Payments & Technical Issues

  • If your payment fails during checkout, you may attempt payment again while the order is still valid.
  • We do not accept partial payments.
