Delivery Timeline

• 4-6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch.
• Another 5-8 days of transit time post dispatch, depending on delivery location.

Maintenance

• Always use a clean,  dry or slightly wet, preferably cotton cloth for wiping and cleaning, strictly intended for indoor use
• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight
• Do not use strong cleaning agents

Warranty

• One-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. However, wood has a natural tendency to shrink or expand with changes in weather conditions and may develop slight cracks over time.
• These cracks will have no impact on the performance of the product.
